What to do when damage occurs?

The Lassa Tyres dealer is responsible for verifying the status of warranty membership and its compatibility with the warranty conditions of the campaign website.
After inspection, if the registration complies with the warranty conditions and the membership status is within the warranty period, allowance will be calculated automatically by the warranty system by comparing it with the original tread. This allowance is then redeemed as a percentage discount against the current selling price of your new replacement Lassa Tyres. The terms of this warranty require that the replacement tyre fitted is the same or equivalent size as the original and is a Lassa Tyres.

How to make a claim?
To make a tyre warranty claim, simply return the tyre to the Lassa Tyres dealer it was purchased from. The dealer will replace the tyre at a discounted price based on the amount of tread remaining on the tyre.
How is the percentage allowance calculated?
Your Lassa Tyres dealer will measure the remaining legal tread on your tyre. Although tyres are road-legal to 1.6mm, we always recommend replacement above 3mm in order to maintain optimum performance and safety. The tread will be measured in the center and on the edges of the tyre to ensure an accurate and consistent reading. If any measurements on the tyre are below 3mm, no credit will be given. The decision of the individual participating Lassa Tyres dealer is final.
Your allowance will be calculated automatically by the warranty system when your dealer enters the remaining legal tread by comparing it with the original tread. For example, if your tyre’s original tread is 8mm, and if you make the claim when it reaches to 7mm, you will get an allowance of 7mm/8mm=87,5% or if your tyre’s original tread is 9,2mm, and if you make the claim when it reaches to 5mm, you will get an allowance of 5mm/9,2mm=54,3%.
This allowance is then redeemed as a percentage discount against the current selling price of your new replacement Lassa Tyres. The terms of this warranty require that the replacement tyre fitted is the same or equivalent size as the original and is a Lassa Tyres.
